I work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds on issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, codependent relationships, grief and loss, parenting, and other mental health-related or life distresses. These areas may be targeted by applying techniques that focuses on goal-setting or cathartic techniques to get to the root problem.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. My therapeutic approaches are customarily, but not limited to: Psycho-educational, Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I incorporate Christian concepts into sessions for clients desiring spiritual guidance and support.
