I work with individuals, dealing with trauma, depression and anxiety. Many of my clients come to me when they feel they have tried to work things out independently but continue to feel like things have not resolved. My clients want to heal, but find they need assistance in improving their skills and using boundaries effectively. I am particularly passionate about serving clients from various multicultural backgrounds and look to be available for all persons seeking help.
I am trained in Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Based Cognitive Behavioral, Strategic Family therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My style encourages comfortability, confidence and assertiveness while reducing stress.
My approach allows solutions to be revealed and clarity of past experiences. These techniques promote positive self-talk, which decreases in symptoms and improves the client's self-confidence.
