For adults, who have the desire to grow, gain insight and support to heal and discover their authentic selves. This group addresses the core issues of codependency as identified by Pia Mellody’s Developmental Immaturity model. The areas of healing include: Self-Esteem, Boundaries, Reality, Dependency and Moderation/Containment. Offering a safe, accepting, and understanding environment to cultivate opportunities to try out and assess new ways of being with others and the self.
