I am a spiritual teacher, therapist, meditator and life coach. I draw on ancient wisdom traditions from the East and integrate with Western Psychology, modalities and science. My holistic, therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral and interpersonal therapy, Internal Family Systems, awareness, meditation (RAIN) with mindfulness-based practices.
