ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR TELETHERAPY. I serve individuals, couples, families, children (age 6+) and adolescents. I specialize in child and adolescent trauma services (TF-CBT) and have extensive experience working with the GLBTQ community. Areas of focus include but are not limited to: anxiety/panic, depression, self- esteem, behavioral issues, sexual/physical trauma, marital/family issues, aging challenges, grief, chronic pain, anger management, OCD, life transitions, relationship challenges, improving coping skills and effective communication. My objective is to help all individuals realize their full potential.
I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Person-Centered Therapy using a culturally sensitive, holistic framework. Together we will focus on identifying and changing problematic thought processes that negatively impact how we feel and behave. We will also examine how past experiences inform our current thoughts, views, feelings, and behaviors.
I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients and providing a safe, non-judgmental space to work through sensitive issues.
