I provide private mental health therapy for all needs by integrating various techniques and tools, such as Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality/Choice Therapy, and/or Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I primarily work with young adults and older; however, I can support all ages.
In my practice, I try to build rapport, model empathy, demonstrate authenticity, collaborate a plan to practice healthy coping strategies, and encourage autonomy for all clients.
