I have 17 years of work experience in retail management, so I understand managing increased stressors, work-life balance, and maneuvering through the obstacles within Corporate America. I now assist clients with addressing familial conflict, and symptoms aligned with depression, trauma, anxiety, mood dysregulation, anger, and (IEP) requests or maintenance.
