I have experience working with young adults, adults and couples who have been through trauma, are exploring their sexuality and/or gender identity and are working through a multitude of relationship issues. In addition, I have experience counseling through issues of addiction, anxiety and depression. I am licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
In therapy, we will work collaboratively to identify challenges and develop tools to interrupt negative thought patterns. I will also work with clients to help them to gain insight, confidence and recognize their internal strengths.
