Hi! I'm honored you are here and look forward to working with you! My goal as a therapist and a coach (theracoach) is to help individuals, couples, and families break dysfunctional belief patterns, limiting beliefs, generational dysfunction, and unproductive mental stumbling blocks. These things impede positive growth and contribution to your lives and society and the purpose God has seeded in you. I do this by journeying with clients in discovering how thoughts, external influences, and behaviors influence their lives. (I only available to GA residents for virtual psychotherapy but open outside of GA for coaching).
I work with clients experiencing interpersonal conflict, depression, stress, anxiety, family conflict, life challenges, trauma, spirituality conflict. I use a blend of therapeutic techniques and interventions including Time Line Therapy ™, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Prepare and Enrich technique.
