This is your first step to self-awareness. At Three Little Birds we provide a non-judgmental environment to collaborate with you in life. We take a dynamic approach to therapy by incorporating different techniques into our practice. We see adults, couples, families, adolescents and children. We believe it is important that a person be provided a safe environment where they can build a therapeutic relationship. This unbiased relationship will allow you to process events in your life that seem to be impeding progress.
We have multiple years of experience working within psychiatric, residential, schools and in-home settings. We can help navigate special education process in the public school system. All aspects of your environment are considered when developing therapeutic goals.
