Finding a space to feel comfortable and be heard is the most important aspect in therapy. My clients range from teens, young adults, and families trying to find peace in a time of chaos and confusion. Mental health is often taken for granted and it is important to learn how to effectively communicate and practice healthy habits to get the best out of your life.
My specialty is in adolescent and individual counseling. Counseling teens and young adults is a passion of mine in which I have served this population in multiple ways. Services also include marriage counseling, blended-family counseling, premarital counseling, and Christian counseling.
