Hi! I am a CBT trained and certified licensed therapist, with over 30 years of experience in the field of psychology. I specialize in treating adult clients who may be experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, ADHD, substance abuse disorders, “helping profession” burnout, teaching profession burnout, issues related to sleep disorders such as sleep apnea and claustrophobia related to wearing a CPAP mask, as well as issues related to aging and medical concerns.
I am originally from central MA and an adjunct psychology professor at Assumption University, where I provide instruction for graduate students becoming proficient CBT therapists.
