I take a holistic approach to psychotherapy underpinned by my theoretical perspective, CBT. It’s present focused, utilizing mindfulness practice as an adjunct strategy. My training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy allows me to provide skills based options when needed. Having experience with trauma therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, rounds out therapy options.
I support most therapeutic needs with extensive experience in community mental health that has provided insight into a wide variety of psychological concerns. As a person in recovery myself, I welcome those with co-occurring disorders. In addition, I have experience in and can provide support for those who are experiencing hoarding problems.
