Thomas works with adolescents twelve years of age and up, families, couples, and individual adults using a variety of approaches including solution-focused, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, as well as trauma-informed care.
Thomas brings a meld of unique world and life experiences which have shaped his gift of empathy and cultivating skills in problem solving, fostering stability, and offering a sense of hope that naturally integrates into his therapy style.
