We often strive to prove our value as people through achievement or by doing for others, and we lose sight of who we are and what we want. You deserve a space where you can be truly seen, heard, and accepted as you are where you're at; counseling can be that place.

My work as a counselor begins by providing a safe space, free from life's expectations and judgments, where you are accepted and heard. During our time together I want to know what it feels like to walk in your shoes and to see through your eyes. I want to help you leverage your strengths to gain insight and courage to effect change in your life.

Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is action in spite of fear. Reaching out to a counselor is a courageous act that should not be underestimated; it can be scary!
