I have more than ten years of experience as a professional counselor working in a variety of settings with a diverse range of clients. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and have received training in EMDR, IFS, EFT, and mindfulness based therapy. I can combine my knowledge along with compassion and empathy to help you accept and heal yourself.
