I work with Individuals, couples, families and children. Issues range from how families cope with addiction, to how individuals and couples deal with issues involving trust and intimacy. Also, working through grief and loss and work related issues has become a significant area of my work with individuals.
My training in Family Therapy, was completed at Southern Connecticut State University, and my approach is mostly through a Family Systems perspective. With Couples and Families, I rely mostly on a Cognitive Behavioral model, and the majority of my work is short-term in nature.
My practice hours accomodate the needs of my clientele. I have morning, daytime, evening, and Saturday hours.
