I practice from a Gestalt perspective, which means that I focus on the here and now. We won't just talk about your past but focus on the only time that truly matters, right now. I want to make you a full part of the healing process, which means that I will do my best to explain to you exactly what I suspect your brain is doing and how I plan to help it.
