As a certified EFT therapist, I specialize in working with couples who have trouble communicating, resolving conflict, or restoring breaches of trust. Sometimes we feel as though our partner is speaking a different language and attempts at connection only leave us feeling more alone. When we lose faith in our partner's ability to meet our needs, we tend to respond by fighting to restore a felt sense of connection or by backing off and avoiding conflict to preserve whatever connection may be left. We might feel that our partner doesn't care for us or that we've somehow failed our partners and that we may never get it right.

I'll work to help you repair lines of communication and to restore a sense of connection. Instead of finding a culprit, our goal will be to work together against rigid patterns of relating that leave you feeling disconnected in the relationship. You will begin to see your partner and your relationship as a source of strength, rather than a source of stress.
