My varied background may serve you: Worked a total of about 9yrs at 3 different psychiatric hospitals utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dual Diagnosis, ACT, and Humanistic Psychology. Private practice for over twenty years. Published author of two books on psychology and finding balance, and 18yrs as a financial advisor. I am a veteran Naval Officer.
Through my diverse background I am able to meet you where you are and support you with specialized techniques and coping skills so that you can find the answers to your questions and make the changes you would like. Money and Soul is an interactive group addressing financial problems and issues. Limited to 10 participants so everyone is supported and has an opportunity to share as needed. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Group
CBT is an ideal group to be educated about how to deal with anxiety, depression, and stress. We teach you coping skills about how to remedy your difficult situation and then provide therapy/support to allow you to address your particular issue. Meeting once per week for 2 1/2 hours.
