My “ideal” client is you! I welcome pretty much anyone who needs help. Psychotherapy is always about the supportive relationship between therapist and client, no matter what the specific orientation of the clinician. We can approach the issue from any number of angles. These angles, or techniques, are: whatever works. Period. Whatever brings you relief. I will work very hard for you.
I work with adults, couples, teens as young as 14, LGBTQ, families, companies etc. I do specialize in working with couples and I’ve done extensive training in that area, but my true specialty is working with you.
All I can say is that it’s very brave to reach out for help - especially when you’re in crisis or an elevated state of fear. I will put you at ease. If anyone can, I can.
