I help men feel better! For too long men have struggled to receive quality mental healthcare from a provider specialized to work with men's mental health. I am here to erase the stigma and help build a generation of men who are better fathers, husbands, employees, business owners, leaders, and citizens. I love the outdoors and when I am not working, I can generally be found in nature; running, biking, camping, or snowboarding. I named my company to reflect my belief that a healthy life is a life well lived.
