My therapeutic work began over 15 years ago. Some of my specialties include generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, depression, and some trauma. Most of my experience comes from helping those who are struggling: with relationship issues, workplace issues/stress, marital issues, feelings of hopelessness, and anger management.
Seeking professional help is a huge step and can be very intimidating. However, there are a lot of benefits to having that someone available to talk to at your convenience.
