I’m a psychotherapist who works best helping goal-oriented, high-functioning clients get results through deep, exploratory work while providing tools and insights that bring about change. I create a safe, open space where clients can fully explore their inner world and how it influences their actions and behavior, especially in parts where they feel stuck. It is my goal to help clients be fully aware of their internal processes in order to create authentic and meaningful lives. My practice is focused on working with adults in individual therapy.
I specialize in working with people on relationship concerns, racial and cultural identity, intergenerational and cultural trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe in the relationship between the mind and body and explore this in sessions. My approach is trauma-informed and utilizes both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy.
