I have a doctorate in clinical psychology, with over 30 years of experience working with a range of life issues, including relational and couple's difficulties, family dynamics, depression, anxiety, and clarification of life goals. I maintain a confidential and respectful approach in the process of facilitating personal growth and creative problem solving. In addition to my degree in clinical psychology, I have also obtained specialized training in Marriage and Couple Counseling, as well as Family Therapy and Parenting Issues.
In my work with individuals and couples, I am grounded in exploring- and helping to clarify- a person's emotions, needs, and expectations, in order to promote a more empathic understanding of one's self, as well as of others.
