I believe that people are basically good. Most people want to do well- want to live happy and satisfying lives. I am committed to providing a therapeutic environment that is warm, safe, personal and supportive - an environment in which I assist my clients as they work through life's difficulties, learn new skills and find solutions that will help them to achieve their goals and develop their potential. An important goal is to assist my clients to achieve their goals in a timely manner- as soon as possible.
I use methods or techniques that best suit the client's goals and disposition. The techniques frequently used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
My clients usually see results and achieve their goals in a timely manner. I pride myself in knowing that my clients usually understand in a very short period of time that the power to change - to achieve their goals is within them. My therapy sessions are challenging and rewarding.
