My aim is to help you in your emotional health goals and doing so with respect, empathy, empowerment, and gently challenging you by asking the hard questions, and adding an appropriate amount of humor, because it’s healing.
Am I the right therapist for you? I don’t know? The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between you and the therapist, particularly with such personal and intimate disclosures.
