My goal is to help my clients heal in a space that is free of judgement or blame. There are so many ways to approach healing and I enjoy curating therapy for each individual person.
As hard as it can be to ask for support for yourself, it's vital for all of us to do at some point in our lives. I am a big believer in that we don't have to heal all by ourselves, but in community with others.
