Often, people seek therapy because they may struggle with decision making, anxiety, depression or other matters which can negatively impact their quality of life. My focus is on helping clients uncover the root of their problems and work through them in therapy in order to live happy, productive lives and maintain positive relationships with others. Using therapeutic techniques rooted in both Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, my goal is to build trust with clients and provide a safe environment to foster significant growth.
I have fifteen years of experience as a middle school counselor. I love working with adolescents on everything from emotional concerns to social situations to academic issues and everything in between. I also look forward to working with adults as well.
