I provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I am passionate about working in areas of trauma, loss, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, communication, addictions, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and childhood and adolescent challenges. I meet my clients where they are at in life, and I treat each client as a unique individual.
I have specialized training in trauma treatment. I use brainspotting, IFS, and progressive counting, which are therapeutic techniques designed to help people deal with traumatic experiences and loss. I am also trained in collaborative and proactive solutions which is a model used to work with children and adolescents experiencing behavioral challenges.
