Some methods I have found helpful for many issues include: examining beliefs, unlearning early negative messages, challenging automatic negative thoughts, softening the inner critic, clearing past traumas, developing body-centered awareness, and deepening trust in one's own inner wisdom and healing capacities.
I'm an experienced teacher of stress reduction techniques, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and I have certifications in EMDR, Thought Field Therapy/Emotional Freedom Technique, breath work, and hypnotherapy.
