Therapy is a way to approach suffering through communication and a relationship. It is a sacred co-collaborated space that can facilitate a process of reflection and healing. As a graduate of Smith School of Social Work, I had the opportunity to thoroughly explore psychodynamic psychotherapy. Through certificate programs I enhanced my knowledge in palliative care, trauma assessment and treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, clinical hypnosis and sensorimotor psychotherapy.
I work alongside a patient's support system including their family of origin , social supports, and other involved agencies to gain a better understanding of the patient and to ensure the patient's needs are being met.
I strongly believe that we all need a space to examine our inner selves in the context of a trusting relationship. I look forward to co-facilitating this type of environment with you.
