It is my belief that we all hold the answers within but sometimes life challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety and loss, cause us to feel stuck. As a therapist, it is my intention to help you get unstuck and follow the path you know to be true for you.
I have twenty five years of experience working with clients that are experiencing relationship challenges, parent-child difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, body image issues, grief & loss, school related distress, addiction, PTSD, and mindfulness.
