I have experience with a variety of issues and diagnosis, but typically my specialities include people who have experienced eating disorders, trauma & ptsd, and anxiety. My approach would be described as eclectic, and I pull heavily from psychodynamic framework, DBT, and ACT.
Therapy is a place for you to navigate your struggles with me as the passenger beside you. I show up for my clients authentically, to make it easier for them to do so as well. I would describe myself as down to earth, direct, and witty, relying on humor to make therapy feel less daunting. Healing can be uncomfortable, but you don't have to go at it alone.
