Are you looking to find a deeper meaning and connection in life and to heal from your past? Hey there! My name is Theresa Bauer, and I am the owner & creator of Ohana Coaching. My purpose as a therapist is to support you in our work together and guide you through your journey of reconnection and healing. As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I will be applying nature and experiential therapy approaches customized to your needs. Nature supports healing, let me support you in nature!

I have learned that in order to see the progress we are looking for in redirecting unwanted behaviors and healing relationships within the family unit, we need to attune ourselves to our own needs, emotional self-regulation, and self-love. I provide online psychotherapy and Reiki as well as in person therapeutic recreational activities (hiking, kayak, etc.)

We are not meant to struggle alone - I am here to help support you when you are ready. When meeting online or in person, the space we share is judgement free and safe for exploring thoughts and emotions as they are. Ohana Coaching provides a cathartic experience utilizing the healing resources of nature, creativity, empathy and a sense of presence.
