I offer my clients a calm and safe place to work through issues that are holding them back from living their best lives. The issues I most often help clients with are anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, grief and loss, ADHD, and depression.
I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Neurofeedback Therapy. I have found EMDR to be an amazing tool that has been so helpful in allowing my clients to work through traumatic events which then leads to less anxiety, less depression, higher productivity, sharper focus, and better sleep.
