Early Childhood Mental Health (0-5) is one of my specialities. I enjoy supporting parents/guardians with their young children to feel safe and secure in their world. I am a registered play therapist and a RPT-S, a KS clinical supervisor, registered Child Parent Psychotherapist (trauma), trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, etc. which help support change in feelings and thoughts to empower a positive shift.
