Most of us have been affected by traumas or our childhood in one way or another, and I am very experienced in helping clients to uncover this and how to move forward adaptively.
I have experience with anxiety, trauma, depression, adjustment disorders. I pull from various modalities, but use a strong emphasis in emotion-focused and cognitive behavioral skills and have a directive yet supportive approach. I'm an eclectic therapist and will collaborate on treatment goals early on in treatment.
Bilingual English/Spanish I can also offer home or Skype visits and telephone sessions if needed/appropriate.
