Being Biracial
Being Biracial is an eight week, 75-minute long group meets weekly and centers around the distinct experiences of having biracial heritage. The group offers a space for group members to explore how their racial identity has been shaped. Group members are encouraged to consider how various aspects of identity and social context (e.g., ethnic identities, language(s), family culture, region, socioeconomic status, politics, physical appearance, social validation/invalidation, and more) impact their sense of self and sense of belonging. The group was created and is facilitated by Dr. Andrea DePetris who is a multicultural psychology specialist.

Interpersonal Process Group
The Group led by Dr. Esther Lee offers a collaborative and safe setting for group members to work towards gaining a better understanding of themselves and others. The group emphasizes the here-and-now relationships between group members, allowing each member to learn to relate meaningfully with others in the group and translate this learning to their relationships in the outside world. Ultimately, the goal of the group is to help group members build a stronger sense of self through recognizing, experiencing, and sharing emotions, and to resolve the obstacles that interfere with satisfying relationships with oneself and others.
