Hello, I am an AMFT/APCC who is passionate about helping kids, teens, and adults learn how to accept themselves through life's transitions and build coping skills along the way. The majority of my practice focuses on clients dealing with identity development, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I generally use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy models emphasizing accepting reality, asserting boundaries, and communication skills.
