My areas of specialty reflect assisting individuals in exploring professional identity and role confusion, acknowledging impostor feelings by exploring emotions regarding self-esteem and identity conflict, and conflict resolution in the workplace. I also provide support to individuals looking to navigate emotional and/or mental health needs.
