The Wellness Collective is there for anyone looking for a holistic approach to their mental health concerns. Many people experience feelings of anxiety, depression, or confusion. I want to offer a safe space for clients looking for a deeper understanding of themselves and their life experiences. My clients are often exploring the connection between their mind, body, and spirit. At my client's discretion, I use spiritual tools such as tarot and Reiki, to get a better understanding of my clients needs. We will use these tools help you live as your Highest Self.
I use spiritual tools in my practice to help my clients further understand their challenges. Some of my favorite spiritual tools include: Holy Water, Runes, Candles, Incense, Tarot, Bells, Crystals, Oracle and Angel cards to name a few. These are tools that I use to support evidenced based approaches.
