The Solstice Center makes it safe to feel your emotions and work through them.
The Solstice Center is able to help you see mental health through a lens that feels comfortable for you. We have an array of therapists trained in various methods to fit your level of comfort. Interventions include EMDR, Trauma based, CBT, spiritual etc. The change isn't real until you feel it.
