I am very experienced with over 30 years of experience working as a psychologist and am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Certified Therapist/Consultant), Brainspotting, NLP, Internal Family Systems, Holographic Memory Resolution, and Havening. I am experienced in dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADD/ADHD, adjustment issues, grief, couples/relationships, eating disorders and sleep. I am compassionate in my approach as I work with clients to address areas of challenge.
