How can we go to someone and express the deepest, most vulnerable things? Because the desire to heal prevails. And because you find yourself feeling safe. I am here to help you find the wholeness you long for, by walking with you on your journey and helping you uncover clues and pieces of the puzzle. Counseling is a collaborative here. I offer counseling services to couples, individuals ages 16+, and families of all backgrounds. We will use an approach that puts you in touch with what's on the inside and what it's trying to tell you, creating healthy balance in you and your relationships with other people as well as food, thoughts, sex, alcohol, etc.
We are here to love one another through our actions and through our words. Therapists are here to model, interpret, and teach verbal and non-verbal expression of that love to ourselves first and foremost, and then to others. Self-love is the answer. Everything else stems from there.
