I am a psychotherapist committed to helping individuals achieve a fulfilling and authentic life. With over 25 years of experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including adults, high-risk women, children, and families. My areas of expertise include trauma and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar Disorder, domestic abuse, spirituality, stress, and coping skills. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, considering the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
My therapeutic methods draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including: Gestalt therapy, Person-Centered therapy and Somatic therapy. I am also skilled in mindfulness-based therapies to promote stress reduction and emotional regulation, play therapy to help children express their emotions, psychodynamic therapy to explore unconscious conflicts.
By combining approaches, I tailor my therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their experiences, develop coping skills, and cultivate a greater sense of well-being.
