Groups
Surf Process Group
The Nexus Station's Surf Process Group(Surf Club) is a unique therapeutic process group that combines 3 different therapeutic interventions in one group setting. This group meets once a week for 1.5 hrs and 1-2x monthly for adventures to the beach. The weekly meetings are one part process group and one part physical fitness/exercise. We utilize 3 different modalities/interventions ie process group, exercise and immersion in nature to help teens navigate stress, anxiety and depression as well as difficult life transitions and decisions.
