Hello. I am here for you, whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or anything that is creating stress for you. I have several years of experience in mental health and have been told that I am a good listener. My experience is diverse. I want to use my experience to help you to have the life that you desire.
I take a strength-based approach and have been trained in various methods, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My experience includes marriage therapy, depression, anxiety, and most other concerns. I am also a Certified Dementia Practitioner; I have had extensive training with various forms of dementia and conditions of older persons.
