Greetings. My name is Mandi. I am the Clinical Director-Mental Health Therapy Services for The Lighted Path LLC. Do you struggle with life's stressors? We can help! I have been a therapist for over 10 years. We use present, strength, and faith based focused modalities, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Psychoeducation, and Christian Counseling (when requested), in this practice. In your first session, we will discover what brought you to therapy, the most appropriate and helpful ways to assist you in making healthier changes, and a prolonged well-being.
We have worked with first responders (and their families), for the last 9 years. We enjoy working with this population, and also with those who want to improve their overall mental and physical health to be the best version of maintain this mindset. We offer challenging, spotting, and modifying your unhealthy thoughts to be healthy and adaptive.
When we understand our client’s point of view, expectations, and needs, we are able to build a relationship centered on authenticity and personalized support; this helps our clients feel seen, cared for, and valued.
