12-week Religious Trauma Therapy Group (Virtual)
Returning January 2025 virtually, this group will focus on psychoeducation around religious trauma, breaking down shame/judgment, restructuring relational patterns, exploring identity outside of religious doctrines, purity culture, perfectionism, boundary setting, and increasing autonomy in individual choices toward or away from spirituality and/or religion. This group is open to anyone from any religious background and is intended to help clients reach their own personal goals for religion which may include staying in a religion, growing in a religion, or leaving a religion. The M.O.R.E. Process Group for Partners is virtually from 12p - 1:15p every other week. Mixed Orientation Relationships (M.O.R.E.) are partnerships where two or more people's sexual and/or gender identity are not the same. This group will focus on partnerships that were at one point traditional cishet relationships and since then, one or more in the partnership has transitioned gender identity or sexual orientation. Chloe Goldbach and Roland Scheppske are leading an ongoing interpersonal process group for anyone 18+ years old who identifies on the asexual or aromantic spectrums. This group is capped at 8 participants and focuses on self-compassion, asexual identity exploration, self-esteem, peer relationships, self-advocacy, and more.
